Hosted by the Human Animal Bond Research Institute (HABRI), this day-long Forum will convene leaders in the pet care community and our partners in the mental health space to move society toward more widespread and growing awareness of the important role of companion animals for better mental health. By bringing together researchers, human health practitioners, the pet care community, and public policy experts, this event will also serve as a springboard for future collaborations in research, practice, and policy on the important role of companion animals for better mental health and public health overall.
The event will address the research, practice, and policy associated with this important topic, featuring expert speakers from a wide array of disciplines, including veterinary medicine, animal welfare, human-animal interaction, mental health and wellness, public policy and more.
Registration is limited. Please contact Sam Serrano sserrano@habri.org for more information.
